Tasting Notes
This Champagne sparkling wine comes with an intense yellow color rich in golden hues.
Its nose is equally intense, filled with sweet spices, rich nuts, and buttery toasted biscuit characters. Complex and refined nose dominated by secondary aromas.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, the wine strikes by its flavor intensity. Explosive nuts, walnut notes burst on the palate, mixed with lifted sweet spices (nutmeg and clove). The luscious ripe citrus fruit, lemon marmalade and juicy grapefruit comes after but hits hard by its richness. Notes of evolution, truffle and a subtle earthiness complete the profile adding plenty of depth.
Stunning composure and balance on the palate, in a dry mineral style. Long and layered, and more importantly very powerful, almost warming finish.
A stunningly complex, composed, and complete wine, that encompasses all the quality we love about Prestige Cuvée Champagnes: rich powerful secondary characters combined with luscious fruit; the whole displayed with powerful elegance and finesse.
