The International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show (IBWSS) is the first-ever trade show dedicated entirely to the private label and bulk wine and spirits industry.
26 & 27 February 2018 – London, UK
After a highly successful launch in California in July 2017, this trade show is now coming to London in February 2018. Over a two-day period (26 & 27 February 2018), the IBWSS will bring together UK buyers and sellers interested in becoming part of the rapidly growing private label and bulk wine and spirits industry.
The goal of IBWSS London is simple – make it easy for trade professionals in the UK to source bulk wine, spirits and private labels in one place and learn about important new trends in the industry. It’s a one-stop destination for retailers, importers and distributors to meet with wineries and distilleries from all over the world.
International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show
The IBWSS London event consists of two key components:
- a full two-day business conference featuring some of the biggest names in the wine and spirits industry
- and a grand exhibition hall where wineries, distilleries and other trade professionals can meet and mingle.
IBWSS Conference Speakers
Already, the list of speakers for the upcoming IBWSS is impressive.
Among the industry professionals scheduled to speak at the event are: Florian Ceschi, Director of Ciatti Europe; Mark Lansley, CEO of Broadland Wineries; Barry Dick, The Wine Superhero; Mark Roberts, Head of Sales, Lancester Wines; and Clem Yates, MW Sourcing and Supply Director at Off-Piste Wines. See the full list of 2018 IBWSS conference speakers.
These award-winning speakers will be discussing topics such as how to set up and create a private label wine brand; how to understand the factors of demand and supply in the bulk wine industry; and how to navigate the logistics of working with overseas wineries and distilleries.
Networking for the Bulk & Private Labels Wine Industry
The real highlight for many participants, though, are all the networking opportunities made available by Beverage Trade Network (BTN), the organizers of the show.
BTN hosts events worldwide for the wine and spirits industry (including events in New York and San Francisco), and is the leading online platform for connecting the global beverage industry.
At the highly-acclaimed IBWSS San Francisco show in July 2017, attendees included a wide mix of trade professionals representing every facet of the industry.
In addition to distributors and importers, the show attracted local California sommeliers and restaurateurs, as well as buyers from retail stores looking for interesting new products to put on their shelves. Exhibitors met with leading buyers from the industry, many business deals were conducted live at the show and business was written, dubbing it a highly-successful event for exhibitors and buyers alike.
On the exhibition hall floor, as in the conference workshop sessions, the emphasis at every IBWSS event is on growing your business and meeting potential new partners.
Workshops and business conference sessions are hands-on and immersive, offering plenty of opportunities for asking questions and talking one-on-one with the industry’s top thinkers.
If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to become part of the fast-growing private label wine and spirits trend, IBWSS London is the place to be in February 2018.
The private label business, already popular in continental Europe, is poised for a breakout year in the UK in 2018. And IBWSS London will be there to guide you in developing the right tactics, strategy and connections for entering the market.
