Overall Review Notes & Tasting Impressions
A super-tasty dry rosé wine, crisp and refreshing on a thirst-quenching feel.
Aromas and flavors are precise and pure, filled with fruity character delivered with elegance.
The discrete floral and citrus notes, combined with a mineral acidic and slightly salty feel, provide character and food-friendliness to a delightful and perfectly executed rosé.
So balanced and soft it’s very enjoyable on its own.
But so crisp and salivating, it also suggests tempting pairings with all sorts of summery entrees and dishes, tapas and antipasti.

Full Tasting Notes
This Spanish Rosé comes in a bright and shiny salmon-pink color, slightly pale suggesting a dry style. Yet, it features a vibrant pink with orange hues suggesting a fragrant wine.
The nose is relatively discrete but smelling freshly fruity and precise. Hints of lemon and grapefruit, some pear, blueberry and pomegranate. A touch of refreshing mintiness.
It’s elegant and pleasing to smell at!
The palate though, is the outstanding feature, as it should be in a good wine.
Dry and crisp in style, it is utterly smooth and easy to sip from a light body and a soft texture.
A mineral acidity underlined by silky and salty phenolics make your taste buds salivate with delight and a refreshing feel, while pungent flavors of citrus, berries and flowers give an opulent sensation of fruitiness.
Enjoy 🙂
