Fair point, thanks for pointing this out Sylvia, it’s true that Gruner goes well with a lot of different types of foods, it’s refined, elegant yet rather powerful and textural too to be paired with richer dishes. Cheers 🙂

Now I can easily see the chart for my reference. Recently I had paired Cabernet Sauvignon and Turkey. I prepared grilled turkey with a dark meat and red wine gravy. And paired it with 2014 Method Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon by Precision Wine Company. This wine really goes very well with turkey.
