I will keep in mind the temperature recommendation for sparkling wine especially. It makes sense to let it sit a little so the sparkles don&#039;t get to your nose too much! I often get &quot;fuzzy nose&quot; from overly cold, sparkly drinks ;)  Thanks!]]></description>
