Because this is a no-added sulfites wine, it is possible that the bottle you had started re fermenting slightly in the bottle, before or after you bought it. You want to drink these wines rather quickly after they were made, and store them in a cold environment. It&#039;s kind of the price to pay for having aa wine with no preservatives, it&#039;s not as stable.
