Overall Review Notes & Tasting Impressions
A fragrant and lively Cabernet, with a bright red color of medium intensity and crisp aromas of fresh and acidic red berries.
Fresh raspberry and slightly vegetal redberry are the dominant notes, while a white pepper spiciness lifts up the aromatic profile with some aromatic heat.
Tannins are firm and a little edgy, bitting to the finish. They underline zesty and crisp berry flavors complemented by heaps of citrusy, lemon and grapefruit notes.
Sharp acidity adds to the lively, acidic and salivating tasting experience.
A Cabernet Sauvignon driven by the freshness of the fruit character, dry and mid-bodied, it is a crisp and animated expression of Cabernet, all about purity of acidic red berry fruits.
Enjoy 🙂
