Overall Review Notes & Tasting Impressions
A French Rosé wine featuring a bright and shiny, slightly-pale a pink salmon color, and a lively and fruity aromatic profile with dominant pomegranate, grapefruit and lime notes.
The palate is very dry and crisp, with a distinctive liveliness and zestiness due to its mineral feel and delicate phenolics making you salivate to the finish.
Pungent notes of fresh strawberry combined with juicy lime and ripe lemon, bright fennel and aromatics scents of aromatic herbs (garrique) make for a food-friendly rosé full of zingy life and joyfulness.
Very balanced overall on a dry and acidic backbone, the estery oily texture provides a seamless pleasant tasting impression.
A very well crafted Southern-French rosé wine, to be enjoyed at any season, but of course greatly suitable for pairing with summery dishes, barbecues and delicate salads.
Enjoy 🙂
