Tasting Notes
This organic Prosecco comes in a delicate pale lemon color with hints of green hues. Let’s call it a pale lime color, making it looks fresh and vibrant.
The nose is also very citrusy, featuring zesty notes of lime and juicy pear. It’s all about white fruit characters, and a hint of spicy juniper and floral elderflower.
A soft and silky palate brings out a smooth textural sensation with a relatively oily body balancing a crisp and refreshing dry acidity.
Touches of sweetness amplify the overall smoothness without compromising the crisp dry feel. Flavors, like the aromatic profile are mainly made of primary fruit characters and esters, grapefruit, lime and, fruity apple.
Overall
A very balanced dry, refreshing and super-smooth Prosecco wine featuring clean and pure fruity flavors for a seamless crisp and zesty tasting experience.
Enjoy 🙂
