Overal Tasting Impressions
A rosé wine tha comes in a bright and shiny pink color, with hints of orange hues, so slightly salmon pink in appearance.
The nose is fruity and only fruity, pomegranate and delicate strawberry with a hint of lime aromas.
A pleasing and easy to sip rosé wine, in an off-dry style, so a little sweet as is typical for the Cabernet d’Anjou style.
Solid acidity and a light body, with a good overall balance make for a Loire wine that is thirst-quenching given you don’t mind a hint of residual sugars in your rosé.
Flavors are clean and enjoyable, acidic red berries, lemon and lime, for an overall fruity, simple yet harmonious drink.
Enjoy 🙂
