Overall Review Notes & Tasting Impressions
This Spanish red comes in a vibrant red a color, intensified by deep purple hues that mirror the purple decorations on the label and packaging nicely.
The aromatic profile is equally vibrant, filled with fresh dark blackberry and raspberry notes. Chocolate and oaky vanilla give a sense of generosity to the nose, and a sweet and ripe fruity appeal.
This is a dry and juicy red, on a medium body but that bursts with lively ripe red berry flavors. Tannins are quite soft, well rounded by a bit of an oily texture, while the finish evolves towards edgy and salty phenolics that make you salivate and give a salivating slightly salty aftertaste.
A juicy and lively organic red wine featuring great acidity and clean vibrancy of red berry flavors. It promises to be a food-friendly juice, approachable and enjoyable on many tasty dishes such s grilled meats, tapas, herbal stews, and pasta.
Enjoy 🙂
